OoC: hearing "Teacake" on here is creeping me out so much, haha. Totally makes me think someone is talking to me.
Teirney rushed up to her Aunt, catching her in a close embrace. “Millie! How I’ve missed you so! You are glowing!” Her effervescence was infectious, and it seemed to emanate from her in waves and fill the room with careless cheer. “You must come more often—look at little Theodore! How could it be that I have not seen him until now! Look at these eyes!” She leaned down and gathered him in her arms, leaving sweet kisses on his cheeks and petting his face as if she would Sloth’s. She wasn’t particularly practiced with children, in truth—but it was not for lack of effort! She liked them well enough, and Theodore she knew she would like especially.
Teirney felt awash with pleasure at hearing those old syllables from Millie: Teacake, a name she hadn’t heard in so long and whisked her right back to her childhood. “We have so much to talk about, I can hardly stand it! Let us go out to King’s Landing and make a proper day of it. I know just the place we can go unnoticed, and you can tell me all about your exhilarating new life! I am so envious of you, truly!”

Ooc: brace yourself for ipad typos!
Teirney winced at that, meeting Millie's expression with one of her own. It was not that they did not love Nym, for they did, truly. It was just that she was not necessarily known to be a catalyst for pleasant, open conversation. Things with her were more...invigorating. Of late, Nym had become particularly invigorating with Teirney, and she suspected it was out of bitterness that her sister was afforded the opportunity to foster at Court, while Nymeria herself had to remain in the dreary and isolating confines of the Rock with Mother and Father. It was no fault of Teirney's however, and the sooner her sister got over it, the better.
"I know a place she wouldn't dare go," Teirney responded with a wink. "When was the last time you could drink until you sicked up on yourself?" Millie would have no problem reading the familiar challenge in her niece's voice.
