When the his wife succumbed to a cold and died four years into their childless marriage, Donnel is said to have not mourned at all.
In more recent history Donnel has set himself to aggressively acting against the Mountain Clansmen that inhabit the Vale. When his elder brother was called into a real war and Donnel was forced to remain behind, his preemptive raids became a lot more frequent and violent.
Character Physical Description: Although noticeably taller and stronger than the average man, Donnel does not quite meet the height of his father or brother. He is well-muscled from years of training and combat. He displays the same sharp nose and dark hair of his father and probably his eyes too but, well...yeah. He tends to wear a light beard, framing his sharp features.
Character Reputation: Donnel was always a highly competitive youth, always striving to outdo all his peers in every field. There was none he aspired to surpass more than his older brother Damian. Always the leader and more well-liked of the two brothers, Damian had always been the target of Donnel's intense sense of competition. As he has grown older, Donnel's competitiveness has transformed into envy and ambition. Known to be mercilessly cruel to his enemies, Donnel will go to any length to crush those that he considers a foe. His cruelty has made him a feared commander to face, where death would be preferable to capture.
