With the three threats dealt with, Malcolm turned his attention back to the chase. He looked through the crowd, heart pounding and anger building.
"A hundred nuyen to the one that brings me the little girl with the blinders on!" he shouted desperately.

People were scattering rapidly, afraid of Malcom's wrath. He saw a nearby alleyway that looked like a promising hiding spot.

Malcolm entered the alley cautiously, eyes peeled. He cocked the hammer of his revolver back, confident that the two shots still chambered would be more than enough.

"Watch it!" Natasha snarled, glancing briefly at Sam before double taking. "Hey... don't I know you?" She asked, her eyes softening a bit. Sam said, "Yeah... your that stripper with a gun from the bus." He kept hurrying, "You seen a cab." Then he said, "Tabby fine me a fucking cab."

"You're the raincoat," She replied, only now noticing the "slightly" nervous crowd. "What's got you in such a rush? You look like all fucking hell broke loose."

"Big guy... with big gun. You know... the usual." He kept moving, his arms tight around Molly.

"Huh, sounds like a nightmare," She said, briefly glancing round to see if she could spot the guy. Her hand went instinctively to her gun. "Well if you need any help just say..."

Sam was pretty sure this woman was after the kid too, but right now he could use a little support even if it was just a wolf in sheeps clothing. "Say what? What ever it is consider it said. See a big guy with a gun take him down, but watch out he is tough. Took out a tough friend of mine." He kept moving with crowd looking for a cab.

Natasha grimly drew her gun and cocked it, keeping her eyes out. "Whatever you say, raincoat." She smirked. "I see you're still friends with the little one. She still scream for no reason?"

Sam kept hustling down the street, "I have got to know her a bit better, and let me tell you... she has plenty of reasons to scream."

Malcom came around the corner with his massive revolver in a low ready, only to spot his quarry clutching the girl and moving away from him, while some hooker in a bra and shorts held an automatic pistol aimmed in his direction. The cognitive dissonance necessary to take in this bizarre scene slowed Malcom's reaction, as he recognized the woman from the bus.
Meanwhile Natasha saw Malcom come around the corner, and was equally surprised to recognize him as the man who'd dusted all those Somalis back on the bus, saving her ass.
Sam, the only one who actually had some measure of awareness of what the hell was going on, had already started running.

"Well fuck..." Natasha muttered, staring right into Malcolm's eyes, finger hovering over the trigger. Thoughts shot through her brain in rapid succession, measuring out advantages. And then she decided.
Her finger hit the trigger twice as she aimed at Malcolm's head.

Sam ran, and decided being on this street hazardous to his health and took the next turn.
