Talyn Thatcher sits on his cot, and looks around at the wounded.
"Giant Spiders, and undead bears, not a scratch. Bunch of cooks and butchers with sharp knives, and i'm fucked up beyond recognition."

"Ser Talyn, is it not?" came a heavily accented voice. Amyrio Mopatis the Pentoshi was walking over to his cot, a bandage wrapped around his torso over the cut he had taken. "Are you being badly hurt?"

Edmure sites upon a bed as a maester slowly stitches his wound together.
"If thats what the gods decide."

Jack headed toward his Captain, his arm had been cleaned and wrapped.
"That's the gods humour I guess, I am just glad to see you are still alive, Captain."

Talyn snorted, "I suppose so. And if I didn't say so, I appreciate the effort. But those two boys of yours need to work on following orders. That or their fucking ears checked."

Talyn snorted at Dawnrose's remark and offered a nod as if in agreement.
"Ah, The Pentoshi diplomat. My lieutenant told me she spoke to you earlier. The maester tells me I've lost blood, and have some muscles damaged," He waved his hand as if to usher it away.
"This is Jack Sawyer." He gestures at the Red hatted knight.

"They did exactly what I told them to do, so I wouldn't say they didn't listen to orders, Captain. You can be really stubborn at times, and that can be a bad trait when wounded on a battlefield."
He looked at the foreigner and bowed his head slightly.

"The whole concept of this company, ser, is that no man is more important than any other. We are all damned men," Talyn said, He gave Jack a stern look. "Still, I appreciate what you did anyway. Just make sure those boys do their restricted duty for the next month."

Amyrio laughed, "to be truthful, diplomacy is not being my career of choice, but Lord Tully is needing me and I am happy to be obliging. Amyrio Mopatis, at your service," he said with a small bow of his head.
"I hope you will be recovering fully?" he asked with concern.
He turned to Jack as they were introduced and smiled widely, "Jack Sawyer, pleased to be meeting you. Another of the Traitor's Sons I am presuming?"

Talyn nodded, "Is Lord Tully a good commander?" He asked the foreigner.

"Well, you can still think that, Captain. But last time I checked you've been the one that has kept us alive in the North, and the one that has been in contact with the Queen and the Hand, so I have to say you are a little bit more important than some of us."
He nodded to the command about his men, knowing that they'd gladly accept their punishment.
Jack then looked at Amyrio.
"Yes, I am. The Captain use me to get him out of the trouble he puts himself in" he said with a grin on his lips.

"Lord Tully is not getting me killed in the north, that is making me think he is definitely a good commander." Amyrio laughed. "He is honourable and noble, and with experience he will be making a great leader."
"But I am no longer being in his service. My path is leading me in a different direction, and this is what I am coming to speak with you on. I am asking if you would be considering me for the Traitor's Sons. I am admitting, it was my brother who was being the traitor, not my father, but I am hoping that is still acceptable." He chuckled.
Amyrio grinned back at Jack, "then you must be fulfilling this duty very often."

"You have no idea, Amyrio. The dear captain has a knack for getting himself into trouble as you can see."

Talyn nodded, "Our standard contract is twenty years. We pay once a month, and your pay will be kept with the company quartermaster and can be drawn when you need it. Do you have command experience?"
