[The Smith]

Joss looked at him, "Its up to forty properties. I am quite the landlord." He smiled to himself.

[Lord Oswyn Baratheon]

Tybalt arched his eyebrows, impressed by the figure.

"And what is it that makes them criminal?" he asked with a sky grin.

[The Smith]

"Well some of them skirt the law. Smuggling, and whoring are both illegal inside the limits of the city." Joss replied.

[Lord Oswyn Baratheon]

"Victimless crimes." Tybalt stated. He had certainly enjoyed the results of both crimes in the past. Why not profit from them as well. "How much are you bringing in from these business ventures?"

[The Smith]

"A good deal. Keep reinvesting in good properties." Joss replied, "And have had to use it to influence certain people who could cause me a headache."

[Lord Oswyn Baratheon]

"A select few people I'm sure." Tybalt said, wondering who in this city would cause its heir a headache. "Then let's get started." he added with grin.

[The Smith]

"Whats your plan?" Joss asked and refilled the wine glasses.

[Lord Oswyn Baratheon]

"Well I think it would be best if you showed me the ropes so I can set up a similar operation in Lannisport when the time comes." Tybalt replied, taking the refilled wine glass gladly. "Surely such a business could only profit from a sister operation in the West's main port."

[The Smith]

Joss chuckled, "What if my expansion was already planned in that direction."

[Lord Oswyn Baratheon]

"Then I'd imagine such expansion would go much smoother with my consent." Tybalt answered.

[The Smith]

"Would you stop a friend from investing in your city? How rude." Joss laughed.

[Lord Oswyn Baratheon]

"No ruder than bringing illegal shipments into a friend's city without offering him a cut." Tybalt countered with an unabashed grin. "You cannot be in both cities at once. Best to have someone like minded as myself on the other end."

[The Smith]

Joss chuckled, "Alright but if I negotiate with you, it is you who is my partner. Let us keep our fathers out of it."

[Lord Oswyn Baratheon]

"I would have it no other way." Tybalt agreed.

[The Smith]

Joss said, "Alright... agreed then. Although how you are going finaince anything with your father's help." He shrugged.
