"Well some of them skirt the law. Smuggling, and whoring are both illegal inside the limits of the city." Joss replied.

"Victimless crimes." Tybalt stated. He had certainly enjoyed the results of both crimes in the past. Why not profit from them as well. "How much are you bringing in from these business ventures?"

"Well I think it would be best if you showed me the ropes so I can set up a similar operation in Lannisport when the time comes." Tybalt replied, taking the refilled wine glass gladly. "Surely such a business could only profit from a sister operation in the West's main port."
