Ser Bransen understood that the man was trying to make him do something stupid, but he wasn't going to take the bait.

"There are ways to protect oneself from worms of all kinds, we Red Apple Fossoways have learned that a long time. Besides, last time I checked apples aren't afraid of dogs, and it's easier for an apple to kill a dog than the other way around."

Tomas laughed, and the westermen around him laughed, "I will not waste my time on this fool. He speaks gibberish. Too many training blows to the head."

The guard stepped forward, and bowed to Tomas, and then turned to Bransen, "The Master of Arms has decided that you are not welcome in Casterly Rock. Perhaps if you had kept a civil tongue."
