Ser Mandon Stonecrab, a stout man of unremarkable appearance except for his flowing, luxuriant mustache, peeks his head over the rail. "Hello there," he says in Westerosi.

The Harbormaster notated that, and replied, "The name of your vessal?" Before Mandon could reply he says, "It is a Harbormaster's pregative to waive the docking fee of a ships first docking. Since you have been so kind with the wine, then I think we will waive the tariff as well." He smiled, and added, "All business that happens in Braavos flows through these docks, something all smart merchants recell."
