1) Character Name: Lord Victor Frey
2) Character Age: 19
3) Character Nationality: The Riverlands
4) Character Byname:

7) Character Personal History: A child prodigy, Victor had always insisted on mastering the crafts that made a good steward. Sparring with lesser boys in the day, decrypting mock codes from Braavos at night, the heir was determined to become a great lord. When he was a teenager, he would demand to be taken sailing. On calm days, he would remain in his cabin, calculating monetary lessons from his maester. Such powerful ambition rarely started so young.
On the eve of the Grand Council, Lord Renard Frey was found lying upon the rocks of the Green Fork. Above on the Crossing lay a note, expressing his terrible shame for rebelling against his king. His heir, young Victor, had already left for King’s Landing.
8) Character Physical Description: He is said to be identical to his grandfather Walder Frey.
9) Character Reputation: At this point, young Victor is shown nothing but respect and courtesy, which is merely a sign he hasn’t done anything particularly horrific yet. People may find the former lord’s death a bit odd, but none have cast aspersions on his heir.
10) Your AIM, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ or email address (so other players may have the opportunity to contact you).

I'm moving Lyn to be my second. This is my new first, I didn't ask for approval, but if one of the admin disagrees with it, I'll take Lyn as my first again:
Character’s Name: Lord Baldwin Lefford Character’s Age: b. 531, 16 Character’s Nationality: The Westerlands
Character’s Skills:
Expert Swordsmanship Expert Finances Noteworthy Battle Command Noteworthy Intrigue Apprentice Ambush Novice Lance Novice History Beginner Mining Beginner Archery Character’s Personal History: Baldwin Lannister was born in Casterly Rock as the first son of Lord Cedric Lannister and Lady Lianna Lefford. Baldwin was raised to know both how to hold a blade and a scroll and he was always very good at finances. The youth had five maester lessons a week, two about history, two about economy and one about politics and intrigue. At the same time young Baldwin practiced in the yard with his chosen weapon, sword, and also started learning how to use a lance. He was taught a lot about battles by both his father and the maester of Casterly Rock, but he never participated in one.
Baldwin didn’t travel anywhere outside of the Westerlands during his life, but he visited his grandfather in the Golden Tooth many times. His grandfather always told him to learn about money because he is a Lannister and therefore rich. He told him that wealth has to be well earned and that he has the potential of earning a lot.
With Lord Lefford’s death at the Grand Council in King’s Landing, Baldwin was named the lord of the Golden Tooth. After that proclamation, Baldwin left Casterly Rock and went to the Tooth to take up lordship.
Character’s Physical Description: Baldwin is tall with broad shoulders and well developed muscles. He has blond hair that falls to his shoulders and beautiful, light green eyes.
Character’s Reputation: Not much is known about Baldwin, because he has never left the Westerlands in his life. Some know that he is Cedric’s son and lord of the Golden Tooth

4) Character Byname: the Loyal
5) Character Skills (Choose 2 beginner skills, 2 novice skills, 2 apprentice skills, and 2 noteworthy skills and 1 expert skill):
Expert: Stewardship Noteworthy: Flanged Mace , Finances Apprentice: Riding, Political Intrigue Novice: Dagger, Stealth Beginner: Higher Mysteries, Command
6) Character's Second: Emelia of Lys, a Red Priestess:
Noteworthy: Higher Mysteries, Political Intrigue Apprentice: Dagger, Charisma/Seduction Novice: Stealth, Foresight Beginner: Seafaring, Finances
7) Character Personal History:
If his house had not had a motto already surely Winister would have made it "The end justifies the means." He shaped his life around this mantra, keeping to it as a septon keeps to his vows.
In all great legends it is a fact that person with whom said legend concerns always has an eventful and exciting youth. Though with Winister not much could be said other than the fact in his adolescence he took to a traveling Red Priest, and began secretly harbouring a inclination for the Lord of Light. To the point that when his father had died and his lordship was secured a Red Priestess took up residence there, under the excuse that a few of the servants there had come from the Free Cities and their lord was merely doing a kindness by providing someone who could see to their religious rights. And though this created quite a stir amongst the minor nobility of the Mander it was mostly forgotten in a few months, especially when Winister was seen in regular attendence of the castle's sept of course. But as always 'The end justifies the means' meant that Oakheart was willing to say a few pious words to the Seven in order to placate those around him.
8) Character Physical Description:
Short, though not unreasonably so. He has an olive complexion and long dark hair, a trait gained from his suppposed Dornish mother. He is long and lithe, lean rather than muscular.
9) Character Reputation:
In Westeros he is an unkown known. For though people know of his royalist 'inclinations' (As he would call them) they do not know much more than that.

Name: Ser Andrew Royce
Age: b. 537 (20)
Nationality: Valeman
Skills: Expert: Sword Noteworthy: Economics Noteworthy: Lance Apprentice: Horsemenship Apprentice: Battle Novice: Fistfighting Novice: Courtly Manner Beginner: Survival Beginner: Charm
Personal History: The cousin of a brother of a cousin...Andrew Royce is a cousin to the current lord of the Vale. He was born in 527 to parents of decent noble blood. He grew up in his father's small keep in the Vale until he was of age to become a squire, whereupon he was sent off to Runestone to become a knight.
He spent many years as a squire for one of his Royce cousins, along with making the occasional trip to Kings Landing or to the West. It was there, at one of the tourneys of Casterly Rock, that he was knighted, having won the Squires melee. He returned home, gathered his things, and went off to King's Landing to try and win a place amongst the Kingsguard. A rather hard thing to do, as he would find out.
He returned home again, this time to tell of his adventures. He spent some time with the Lord of the Vale, before finally returning to King's Landing (all the while he waits to get his inheritance) to spend time at court and learn the ways of the Seven Kingdoms.
Physical Description: Ser Andrew is a rather tall man, standing around half a head taller than the average man. He has a dark face, for a Valeman, and keeps his brown hair down the shoulder.
Character Reputation: He is known in the Vale as a proud young knight, but few would know of him in Kings Landing save by his heraldry.

4) Character Byname: Creyon Cheaptrick
5) Character Skills Expert - Engineering Noteworthy - Naval Command Noteworthy - Crossbow Apprentice - Shortsword Apprentice - Battle Command Beginner - Poisons Beginner - Charm
7) Character Personal History: Creyon grew up as a ward at Ten Towers and came into early inheritance of his father's seat as Master of Harridan Hill at the age of 16 when his father died of the flux. Growing up at Ten Towers, gadgetry fascinated him, and much to the dismay of his distant Harlaw relatives at Ten Towers, young Creyon would often go to the Book Tower to read up on the designs of seige weapons. He showed little talent in the handling of bigger weapons, preferring the crossbow and shortsword when needed. Creyon was often ridiculed for his poor fighting skills at the Ten Tower training yard till one day one of his sparring partners started vomiting at night, unable to retain any food he took in. The vomiting continued for a week till the man eventually died vomiting his blood and guts out. Rumours started, accusing Creyon of poisoning his blunted blade and infecting the man when he made a gash in the man's neck. Whether deserving of such a feat, it has not been proven, but he has proudly carried the nickname Creyon Cheaptrick ever since.
Moving back to Harridan Hill was more of a symbolic one than a physical one, as his father's most trusted friend and reaver, Vrol Volmark forced Creyon to reave with him on his father's Iron Maiden. More recently, Creyon took part in the Ironborn capture of Bear Island. His skillful role (no one will ever confuse Creyon as brave) in the taking of Bear Island has done much to repair his reputation among the other Ironborn and especially with the other Harlaws.
8) Character Physical Description: Wiry frame, 5"8, black hair, brown eyes, no facial hair.

6) Character's Second: None
7) Character Personal History: Named after the Stone Hawk, Lord Quentyn Fowler, you could say Quentyn was fated for greatness. However, all his life Quentyn has felt overpowered and cast into the shadows by his father, the great Westerlands general Lord Justin Prester. This has created a strong sense of ambition for Quentyn, a desire to out perform his father and garner the attention of the Westerlands for himself.
Quentyn’s deep ambition lead him to being very competitive, always seeking to beat everybody else. From devouring books and trying to outsmart the Maester, to training fanatically with swordplay to defeat the Master-at-Arms, Quentyn has never failed to attack a subject with fiery passion.
Coming of age, Quentyn decided that he had spent enough time behind closed gates, and went off into the Westerlands to find adventure and a knighthood. He succeeded in gaining the attention of Lord Brax while defeating some troublesome bandits, and it was Lord Brax who taught Quentyn the art of espionage and spying. After a few years of tutelage, Lord Brax knighted Quentyn for his prowess and deeds. Quentyn has since returned to Feastfires, often described as a new man, less boisterous and even more ambitious.
8) Character Physical Description: Quentyn is of average height, standing at about 5’9”. He has a skinny build, but you'd be a fool to think he's weak. He usually has a fiery and thoughtful expression.
9) Character Reputation: Quentyn is known by those at Feastfires to be extremely ambitious and very competitive.

I took Horas' old sheet and spruced it up.
Name: Lord Antario Yronwood
Age: b. 505 (44)
Nationality: Dornish
Bynames: the Bloodroyal, Warden of the Boneway, Master of Coin
Skills:
Expert Spear Expert Intrigue Expert Battle Apprentice Horsemanship Apprentice Lance Novice Finance Novice Stealth Novice Knife Throwing Beginner Seduction
History:
Antario Yronwood grew up amidst the tall trees and rugged hills around Yronwood. As a boy he was bold, charming, and audacious, and both the smallfolk and his family had a special affection for him. No one expected him to inherit anything, but Antario was both clever and skilled at arms, and his father held high hopes for him.
Everything changed with the Dornish war. Lord Jacyz Yronwood was one of the strongest supporters of independence, and Antario, now a young man, fought alongside him. Antario fought in the siege of Yronwood, but managed to escape before the castle fell. He regrouped with Lord Quentin Fowler's army and participated in the ambush on Francis Blackwood's Riverlanders, then again at the final battle of the war at Hellholt.
With the conclusion of the war, Antario's grandfather was made lord of Yronwood, making Antario himself the heir. Lord Hergan's recent demise has made Antario Lord Yronwood. Soon after he began retaking keeps held by foreigners and returning them to Dornish hands. When the rebellions began Antario kept neutral like most other Dornish Lords; as such he was surprised when he was approached to be Master of Coin. He gladly accepted, seeing a chance to rise farther to achieve his goals.
Physical Appearance:
Even though he is creeping into his older years, Antario is still handsome in the Dornish fashion, with tanned skin and inky black hair, lightly speckled with grey. Antario walks with a refined confidence – while once called arrogant in his youth, people would now call him resolute. His smile is still radiant, although perhaps not quite as quick to come as in his youth, but his eyes are as dark and amused as always, as if the world is a joke only he is clever enough to understand.
In battle he favors light scale armor, burnished bronze, with a small circular shield and a long ashwood spear.
Reputation:
Antario is popular with the people around Dorne and has a fair reputation as a skilled fighter. He is known by most of King’s Landing to be a reliable Master of Coin.

Name: Ser Byron Oakheart
Byname: The Knight of Leaves, so called for the sigil of his house.
Age: 23 (b. 526)
Nationality: The Mander Reach
Skills: Expert Greatsword Noteworthy Lance Noteworthy Outriding (Battle) Apprentice Stealth Apprentice Horseman Novice Dagger Novice Engineering Beginner History Beginner Theology
Physical Description: Very tall, with brown hair and eyes. A contemplative look to his features. Fit, but not brawny. He often wears a surcoat of House Oakheart’s green and gold over chainmail, the hilt of a double handed sword poking over his shoulder.
History: Byron Oakheart was born the second son to Lord Rodwell Oakheart and his Tyrell bride. He was a model child from the start. Though he was not quite so charming as his older brother, young Byron was studious, polite, and showed an early aptitude for both sword and lance. Life progressed for Byron much like any other young noble until his fifteenth nameday. That was when Byron discovered he had a problem with murder.
The first time was a drunk in Oldtown. The man was passed out in an alley; it only took one cut, and then Byron walked away. No one saw.
The second time was a peasant outside Old Oak, bringing his goods to market. He was unarmed. That one only took one cut, too. These incidents continued.
Byron could not tell you why he persisted in this behavior. Morally, he found it repellant. It was not as though he took any pleasure from the act itself. If pressed, Byron might liken his murder habit to visiting the privy; there was no joy in the act, but to abstain for any significant period of time would quickly become unbearable.
Byron carried out his murders in shame and secrecy for some time, until one night he was shadowed by his suspicious older brother. Winister witnessed the act and confronted his younger brother about it. Rather than demanding he stop, or even asking an explanation, however, Winister merely suggested that Byron take up the post of headsman at Old Oak to more easily acquire targets. In a sense, Winister is the world’s biggest enabler for an addiction with a particularly high mortality rate. Nonetheless, executing convicts rather than innocents has done wonders to soothe Byron’s conscience and allow him to live a relatively normal life, and he feels deeply indebted to his brother for that reason.
Reputation: Perhaps because of his particular problem, Byron has strived to be better in other aspects of his life. He indulges in the pleasures of food, drink, and flesh only in moderation. He is known to be a true gentleman, if a bit eccentric at times, and dedicates himself to the concepts of knowledge and chivalry in his day to day life. Some have commented on his unusual position as an executioner and have drawn the conclusion that he must be a bloodthirsty man, though such illusions are usually dispelled once one has been introduced to Ser Byron.
He is well known to be his brother’s right hand man, and will often speak for House Oakheart if Winister is not present.
