It was Ser Anselm Flowers, the Lame Flower, not Ser Amdle Flowers. Also, he served in Rickon's Kingsguard too.

Did a search and found a couple more MoWs. The original one was called Ser Doyle Tarly, and then there was another called Iayne Hamell. The next most recent one that the search function turns up is Horas.

Karma. That's a killer list.
Were Rickon's Kingsguard made of paper?

There was a Keath on the KG? Interesting.
Ser Erik Tyrell died by riding his horse off a cliff whilst drunk.
And Rickon's KG just had the misfortune of having their city forcibly taken twice while they were all inside. Rickon didn't die until after he wasn't king any longer, so really you could argue they are the most successful group of KG to date.

Ser Ronald Tyrell died when a huge pack of wolves attacked the king's party as it was travelling north, if my memory is correct. Ser Amdle Flowers probably died on the Field of Fire and Blood, the date matches anyway, I think.

Put two of them on the same side and they can't be stopped!
