Daeron's Rooms

[Flex]

Daeron waits.

[Jherek Doryn]

Jherek begins juggling the three torches, much as he had done with the knives. After a total of twelve tosses, he passes one of the torches sideways through his pattern, catching it neatly and continuing his routine.

[Flex]

Daeron absently nodded to Dana, who curtsied. "Boo!" She said after a moment, making as if to lunge at the bard.

[Jherek Doryn]

Jherek starts, almost dropping one of his torches, then works his way back into his routine.
"Dana, this is one I like to call... 'One up the Middle'."
He then caught one torch in each hand, tossed them up, caught the other, then did the same once the first two were on their way back down. He did this several times to emphasize his point, then fell back into his pattern.

[Flex]

Daeron casually gets up and opens the door. "Let's see if you can juggle these whilst walking." He announced to the bard, gesturing to the door.

[Jherek Doryn]

"As you wish, Prince Daeron."
He walks backwards towards the door, keeping the torches in a perfect pattern.

[Flex]

"That's perfect! Brilliant work! Come back soon!" The Prince said clapping, before shutting the door once the bard was outside.

[Jherek Doryn]

Jherek put out his torches once the door slammed in front of him, made an obscene gesture at the door, then left.

[Flex]

Just as he gestures the door opens again. "You forgot your fluid." Daeron says, grinning.

[Jherek Doryn]

Jherek quickly hid his hand and bowed to the prince with a smile on his face.
"Thank you Prince Daeron, but I already have it."
He reached into his cloak pocket and withdrew the flask to prove his point.

[Flex]

"Then explain to me why you were insulting me." Daeron replied, his smile gone and his dagger evident in his hand.

[Jherek Doryn]

Realizing he was caught, Jherek decided to tell the truth.
"Because I dislike it when lords such as yourself treat me as less."

[Flex]

"You are less." Daeron replied. "And if you do not realize that someone will put a sword in your gut one day."

[Jherek Doryn]

Jherek sighed, understanding that the prince could not have possibly understood what he meant.
"I mean that we are all equal in purpose, Prince Daeron. I have a destiny just as important as yours. Maybe not of the same magnitude, but it will have great effect on the world to come."

[Flex]

"That may be, but it does not mean you get to run around acting like nobility." Daeron replied unoffensively. "Unless you don't value your skin you will act the roll you need to. We are all doing it."
