Arya appears in a light blue dress with shoes that look like slippers. "Ser Aerion," Aryanna says when she sees him. She hops the last few steps up to him and curtsies, "It's good to see you outside." "It is nice to be outside," Aerion replied, taking a bite of his apple. "what was that letter all about?" "I wanted to meet you in person since I haven't seen you in several years! Aren't you just a liiiitle bit happy to see me again?"

Marianne laughed.
"Comforting it more like as it is too scared to go up against me and my horse."

"I wanted to meet you in person since I haven't seen you in several years! Aren't you just a liiiitle bit happy to see me again?" "Overjoyed," Aerion said, "I'm glad to see you well. Did you enjoy your travels? Besides the whole assassin business."

"My travels were uneventful mostly. The Eyrie is quite..slow..to say the least. And I can say that I don't really like travelling on ships. I've learned a thing or two on my journeys though I think. Will you be competing in the joust again?"

"I don't know. If the King gives me leave, I suppose I will," Varner replied, "And you, any competitions?"

"I like the new ideas that Lord Conwell has put into place for the joust. He seems quite imaginative. Have you heard of the new rules?"

"No. I had not," Aerion replied, "I've been busy. I suppose the horse holds the lance, the man wears the saddle?"

Marianne laughed. "Comforting it more like as it is too scared to go up against me and my horse." "Oh my horse is a pretty courageous beast maybe yours will just lie down in defeat once it gazes upon mine."

"No. I had not," Aerion replied, "I've been busy. I suppose the horse holds the lance, the man wears the saddle?" "Funny." Arya said while rolling her eyes, "Ladies will have favours and the knights must ask for a favour in order to joust. When a lady runs out of favours, she is out. It makes it funner for us too. So I was hoping for a particular good jouster to ask me for mine." She grinned.

Arya nudged his shoulder with a grin. "You still have someone you need to beat, apart from my own desire to win, I thought I'd also give you a chance to beat Lord Ball."

"Oh my horse is a pretty courageous beast maybe yours will just lie down in defeat once it gazes upon mine." "I seriously doubt that Lord Redfort." She said with a grin. "maybe we should test that theory someday."

Jon smiles back at her, "I am always up for a challenge my lady, so I won't say no to test that theory."

She smiled. "Good, then we shall race, not today but soon."
