"Oh, how did you find out I went to Oldtown?" "Observation," Varner said, "Besides, did you not come to court by sea? Most likely stopping point from a ship traveling from the eastern shore to Lannisport is Oldtown, and in any case your reaction confirms my deduction."

"It is obvious that a ship would stop there. I found the sites quite beautiful but some of the people highly irritating. You were there when you were younger?"

"I heard that to, but maybe the boring contests need twists like this sometimes." "Yes it will be interesting so see how these twists make the games, would you happen to know what type of twists we should be expecting for these games?"

"It is obvious that a ship would stop there. I found the sites quite beautiful but some of the people highly irritating. You were there when you were younger?" "Of course, I'm a Varner after all, my people are from near by," Ser Aerion said. "What was irritating about them?"

"Maybe because they know I'm a Dayne in King's Landing, and in Oldtown things are more loose. That and they think that those that look Dornish will be a slave to a man. I still do think that it is beautiful, and there is one or two inns that have accommodating people."

"No. Our people don't much care for Dornishmen, that's a truth," Varner chuckled, "Although I make the occasional exception for the pretty Dornish ladies."

"Do you consider my Dornish?" Arya asked. "Does it get much more Dornish then Dayne?" Varner asked with a raised eyebrow.
