Daeron smiled. "You may not be so wrong with that." He chuckles and leans forward. "Or maybe it was..... you."

Arya makes her hand like a claw, "My ghost filtered in through the cracks of Becca's door, and tiptoed over the sleeping beauty to terrorise her dresses."

Daeron laughed. "Alas, I think this is one mystery that is of none too great importance. I did however promise Becca to buy her many new dresses." He rolled his eyes.

She grinned, "That is kind of you. It's unlikely she got bored of her own dresses, and counted on your kindness to repair her wardrobe."

Daeron grinned. "I hadn't thought of that yet. Anyhow, seeing as I have pick for dresses I'll choose the most revealing I can find." He winked. "Perhaps I'll have a look around for Free Cities wares."

"Lannisport is a good place to stock up then. Hmm well I wonder when a kind man will take it upon himself to gift me some dresses to wear." She looked up at the ceiling.

"If that's a hint it's a bad one." Daeron said smiling.

She giggled, "Well, dresses are dresses. I'd like to see what you would think would fit me."

Daeron leaned back with a grin. "Well, perhaps I will stumble upon one or two or three dresses that I believe may look beautiful on you."

"I'd look forward to it. I wish you luck in that endeavour and hope you stumble frequently." She giggled.

Daeron rose and dusted himself off. "Oh, I assure you that you will not be dissapointed, milady." He bowed dramatically and left the room.

Wisely waiting until some time after the party, Joanna arrives at Morgan's room clothed in a simple gown of white with gold thread at the hem and cuffs and modest neckline. She had no idea if the queen would see her but knew she had to try. There were things she wanted to say to the other woman but could not say with Daemon's present. As Joanna enters, she is approached by Becca. "Princess Joanna, you look radiant today. Pregnancy seems to suit you." She bowed her head, "how can I be of service?"

"I've come looking for Morgan. It's bad for the Court if we are seen to be at odds with one another and I had something I wanted to tell her. I hoped she would be calm enough to hear me out by now."
She smiled at Becca, hiding her nerves.
"I'm sorry about your clothes. You didn't deserve that to happen to you. I hope the borrowed dresses were to your liking? Have you set about the business of getting a new wardrobe yet?"

Becca nodded, " have ordered dresses from Lannisport to tide me over, and more are coming from Oldtown and Kingslanding. In any case, your grace, I regret to say that the Queen has strict instructions that she will not see you. Could I perhaps pass along a message?"

"Not really," Joanna murmured. "The things I want to say should be for her ears alone. I wanted to...um...tell her that the situation is not quite as she seems to think it is. I thought perhaps there might be a way to resolve the situation in a way that gives both of us what we want."
