Calla smiled, "Thank you... you are beautiful... in the usual manner."

Joanna came out of her bedchamber. She'd just been vomiting into the basin as a delayed reaction to the scene she had witnessed. She was recovered but pale, now.
"Greetings, Milo," she said. "i have sent for the Hand of the King and also for Calla and Old Nan."

Milo raised an eyebrow, and sat in the most comfortable seat, "An interesting party you are throwing. A fat man, a loonie, and Nan."

"Don't joke, Milo, please. Have your spies not told you that a woman was murdered last night, or else early this morning?"

Milo blinked several times, and then nodded, "I have no spies, Joanna, not in your household that would be rude." He straightened his cuff. Your guard mentioned that a Septa from Highgarden was kill though."

"Precisely. I am concerned. I'll need your help finding out who did it. That is why I sent for C alla, because she kenw the woman, and Old Nan because she found the corpse. As for the Lord Hand, he is investigating the other matters of concern, is he not?"

Milo nodded, and opened his mouth just to shut it.
The guard lead Calla, and Old Nan into the Chambers.

"Alright," said Joanna. "Calla, have you been informed of the unfortunate circumstances?"

Calla nodded, and spoke softly, "I have poor Rosette. I wish I had left her at home. She would have been safe in Highgarden."

"Mayhaps. Do you know of any reason why the poor creature would have been attacked?" Joanna asked. "Did she have any small flaws - something that made her human in your eyes - but that might have offended others? Did she have any enemies that you know of?"

Calla shook her head, "She was perfectly adorable. Always singing, and she was wonderful with little Lily."

Joanna nodded.
"What other servants did you bring with you? Could the woman have been mistaken for one of them?"
