"Ah, well there will at least be two scantily clad men there for you to ogle." He replied with a wink. "And games, I don't know, do you have any suggestions?"

She misliked the way he had inched closer to her and his tone was worrying too. Joanna wondered what it was in Targaryen men that made them desire their own sister so much.
"I'll do no ogling," she said laughing. "As to games, I don't know, truly. maybe something with cards or dice?"

"Cards? Dice?" Daeron said with a mock frown. "That is certainly not physical enough. Perhaps Daemon will have an idea."

"Why does the game have to be physical?" Joanna asked. "Are you teasing me again?"

"When people look - they want to touch." Daeron replied. "I just wish to take any embarrassment away from what would be an obvious grope."

Joanna frowned. She had no wish to be groped.
"Then how would you make that into a game?"

"I simply tried to find a game that was physical." Daeron replied, stepping back. "Perhaps I should be on my way to invite the others."

"Yes, you'd better. I'm plesed you came to me before them," she said. "i feel honoured. I'll make sure the costume is clean and fit to be worn and I'll pick out some jewels to match. Come speak with me when you know the day it's to be."

Daeron smiled. "Of course." With that he was gone.

There was a knock at Joanna's door.

The maid opened the door.
"Yes?"

Calla Targaryen stood there, and hugged the maid, "How are you?" She kissed the woman on both cheeks, and stepped back, "Is the Princess in?"

Joanna's maid stepped back in shock at the enthusiastic greeting.
"Yes, she's with the children. Come in, Princess."
As they stepped into the room, Joanna became visible, sitting with her two eldest daughters and looking at their sewing. She looked up at once and smiled a polite welcome at her goodsister.
"Calla, welcome! Come here! Eleyna, Cassie, greet your aunt properly."
The little girls stood and curtsied but Joanna remained seated.

Calla walked over, and plucking some flowers from the front of her dress placed them into her niece's hair. "You are so adorable. What are you working on? It looks absolutely lovely. I have a terrible hand with the embroidery." She took turns hugging the girls as she spoke.

"Mine's a pretty castle," Eleyna said.
"Mine's a dragon," Cassana said.
They both showed Calla their work. Joanna smiled as she watched them and finally got to her feet.
"They'll grow up to be fine needlewomen, I think. Cassie's not keen but she gets better, and Eleyna is very talented."
