"'Helm' taught me everything I know." He catches the last torch in his left hand, another one already in it. He blows out the torch in his right hand, drops it, and proceeds to do the same with the other two. His face fades into the blackness as the last flame goes out. "Any other talents you would like to see me demonstrate?" Aalina shook her head. "I fell it is past the time that I pray. And you had best rest after your journey, if you want to be entertaining tomorrow." |

The bard gathers the dropped torches off the floor and places them in one of his coat's pockets.
"As you wish, Aalina. I bid you good evening."
He bows and takes her hand, kissing the back of it as he did before, and leaves back to the quarters that he had been shown.

The next day, Jherek sat up, scratching his head. His shoulder-length blond hair was in disarray, but not as much as his music was going to be if he didn't practice a little bit. He strummed his lute for a while, and donned his clothes. His shirt hid his well-muscled chest, and his coat hid all his bard's equipment and his large number of blades. He proceeded to the dining hall in order to find himself a bite to eat.

Aalina was in the kitchen getting some things before starting her day. She went to the hall, singing lightly to herself.

Jherek sat in a chair off to the side, strumming his lute, a plate of bread on the floor beside him. He was so engrossed in his music that he didn't even notice Aalina enter.

Aalina greeted a few people that she knew, before spotting the bard.
"You know its bad for you, to leave food on the floor."

Jherek snaps out of his musical stupor and looks at the Septa.
"Aalina! Good morning to you!"
He jumps out of his seat, stumbling over his own feet and landing flat on his face at Aalina's feet. He rolls over, and looks up at her with one of his trademark smiles on his face.

He places his hands next to his head, and springs up by rolling back onto his hands and pushing upwards. He faces Aalina.
"No. It only happens to me around certain people. Would you care for a song this morning?"

"Maybe you should save your songs for the children, I am sure that they will love to hear you sing." Aalina said with a hint of amusement in her voice. "They would get jealous that I have heard you sing twice, Eleyna once and not one for Cassana."

He withdraws a slender wooden case from his coat, and opens it, revealing a silver flute chased with gold.
