"First invasion wave into Lorath," Rodrick said to Coyn, after all of the other volunteers had been chosen. "They make it sound like we've got a thick fight ahead of us."

To the men who volunteered, orders are soon past out. The orders indicate that Steffon's ships will carry no troops, but will provide the first line assault against any ships which Lorath is able to put to sea. The Tyrosh pirate who fled earlier will accompany him.
Kenneth's men are on the first transport ship, followed by Quinno's Crossbowmen, to provide cover for the other landing forces.

Rodrick swore quietly to himself when he learned that the same Tyroshi Pirate would be accompanying him as before, but orders were orders.
"That sounds good to me," he said to Coyn, with a wide grin.

"It won't be nothing fancy like I am sure your accustomed to but it ain't bad for a man to go slumming every once in awhile," Kenneth grinned.
"Iagon you know any clean places here is Pentos for Ser Rodrick," Kenneth said.
"No Captain but I'll ask around, won't hold a candle to Lys if we ever get there I'd show you both a good time," the Lyseni sellsword says.
