Tybolt chuckled, "I will not. I doubt Lord Steffon would have much time for me. The advantages of being a second son is that I choose my bride based on more then just real estate." He turned to look at Marianne, "I can choose some one who makes me smile, and has eyes that always laugh. And a smile that is slightly crooked, in an amazing heartbreaking way." He waved his hand, "Or something like that."

"Steffon would listen to anyone at the moment, he wants rid of me that much." Marianne muttered, then she seemed to brighten again. "Do you not fancy making a fool of yourself then Ser?" She asked indicating the drinking competition.

"I do not need fancy, for I am a fool." Tybolt replied, "As to Drinking Contests... I came at your request, so I am your loyal knight. If you wish a champion or compatriot in that event, I will fufill my duty." He smiled at her, and offered a smile bow.

Mari laughed. "It is not about being a loyal knight tonight, it is about having a good time. I am glad you came though."

"And you contentment is the only reward I sought." Tybolt replied, and offered her his hand, "Shall we compete in the contest then?"

"I would rather not." She said, throwning a glance at Steffon. "You can, I will cheer you on!"

Tybolt said,"I had come to spend my time with you. If you do not compete, I think I will not partake either." He winked at her, "Unless winning would really impress you, then sign me up, immediately."

Marianne grinned.
"There is no need to try and impress me Ser."
She lent against the barrier. "Dont you think that the river can be really pretty sometimes?"

Staring directly at Marianne he replied, "The most amazing thing I have ever seen. It makes my heart want to beat at the speed of a galloping horse."

Mari blushed slightly.
"Makes me wonder what its like, to live closer to a river I mean, or even on a ship."

I imagine it is much like how you live, but only slightly wetter." Tybolt chuckled, and eyed the beauty again. "I have lived near rivers and can tell you, it is nothing truly unique."

"Really? I just find water so I dont know, so relaxing sometimes, dont you?"
She looked up at him and smiled slightly.

Bannen Keath boos loudly as the man in stag armor triumphs over the dragon in the "Battle of the Ruby Ford."
"You suck!" He calls loudly.

Steffon Baratheon, still angry from his talk with his sister, hears the taunt and comes up to the man that had called out. "What did you say?" he growled, looking down at the Riverlander.

Tybolt nodded, "I do. It does have that ability." He turned to study her, "If I did not know better, I would think you wanted a swim."
