The Thatcher family is seated directly below the King's Box, with the exception of Tomas, who is preparing for his own joust. Dorian lands a minor blow to Maryn's shield. The young man is seen rubbing at his shoulder as he readies for his next pass. Dorian's next blow was most unkind. And sent the young night sailing through the air.
The voice of a single young lady could be heard calling out for Dorian to be more kind next time. But the applause quickly drowned out her call.

The Champion of the King of the Rivers: Lord Connor Tully defending against Ser Howard Thorne. Connor is struck hard on their first pass, and had to twist to avoid being unhorsed. His leg hurts badly after, as he turns preparing to ride back at his opponent.
Tully powers through the next pass though, and lands a counter blow to his opponent shield that rocks Thorne.
Both lances rebound off the other shield. Both riders seem to be studying their opponent across the list as the run the match over and over in their head.
