Conwell laughed deep from his belly on seeing the serving maid Rhaegar had indicated. "I hope she is not still a maid, or she's like to remain one for her whole life... Wine or no!" "Do not be so unkind, Lord Lannister!" Rhaegar said in mock appall. "Even the homely need love; they just have to pay for it," he laughed. He took a cup of wine from a passing servant and took a drink. Conwell grabbed another cup from the same platter. "How true. Charity is a virtue, they say." A wry grin passed across his face, "Not so sure it's one of mine."

"Maybe I am, but I could not betray Jon on a whim," she said. "I would have to be utterly heartless to do that when he loves me so much. Besides, we please one another well enough. What need have I of another lover?"

"I feel the same way." She sighed, "Oh well, I don't want to focus on finding a man, but my thoughts seem to drift back to it. You have such great confidence. Though I think you did scare off the Queen with that one comment."

What need have I of another lover?" "He may please you very good but where is the excitement of monogamy?" Daeron asked, sipping his wine. "Besides, there is no such great thing as fucking a stranger. A beautiful one, at that."

"Sometimes it's best to keep charity in check; especially when it's not wealth that's involved." He must have said a joke to himself, for he laughed next. "Tell me, Lord Lannister, are you hosting one of these feasts?"

"Easy for you to say, you don't have to think about the consequences in the same way as a woman does. No, I think I'll stick with my Jon. I don't deny that I wonder what it would be like to lay with another man but I don't miss what I don't know."

He sipped his wine. "But if you do decide to ever do anything naughty let me know."

Though I think you did scare off the Queen with that one comment." Becca smiled, "Oh, posh, she's the Queen of Westeros, and i'm just a lady-in-waiting." She touched Aryanna's hand. "so... I have an idea to improve your confidence," she smiled slyly.

"Oh? And what is that? I think I'm confident, just unsure sometimes." Ary was intrigued at what Becca had in mind.

Ser Beric sat at a small table, laughing and drinking with a group of young men, mostly pointing out an attractive young women here, and what they'd enjoy doing to her, or quipping at the not so attractive girls faults. He was rather drunk, his cheeks ruddy and warm and his spirits high.

Becca snorted as if she'd changed her mind, "No, you are right, that would have been a silly idea, you'd have never pulled it off."

"Well, I did, in fact, strive for excellence. Is his Majesty here in attendance?" "Yes my lord, he talked ceaslessly of your own endeavor, and seemed to think mine lacking in comparison." Grafton said. "That is unfortunate. Well, I suppose the saying is true, some of us win tourneys, others win favors." He brought a hand up. "Have you had the fortune of meeting my children, Lord Grafton?"

"Why would I do a thing like that?" Joanna demanded. "if I do a bad thing you can be sure I will keep it to myself!"

Lord Grafton stared right into Lord Manderly's eye and replied coldly, "No. I have not." Then turned and walked away from the North Lord.
