"Thank you prince. He speaks of you often and how an able student you were. In fact I hear of you from my brother and sister as well." She was dissapointed the queen left her alone and watched her go. "So you can understand I must know why they speak so highly of you." "But it is not always the word of others we should trust." Daeron replied. "I say it is best to get your own view of someone." He grabbed a glass of wine off a passing servant. "Wine?" "Well perhaps just one," she answered and took one of the server's glasses. "I think I would agree with that. How have you found the festivities so far? I think this feast is much more low key than Lord Manderly's. I enjoyed dressing up."

"As I can see." Daeron replied, taking in the girls dress. "I try to look my best at every occasion though some of the people in here seem to have taken it to some extremes." He grinned in the direction of Becca Thatcher.

"If you are trying to look your best Daeron, you should have worn that great helm of yours," Becca quipped back.

"Oh, Conwell, never doubt that I think you anything but skillful. You do not seem the sort to just inactivity slow you down. Lord Thatcher always says, 'Just because a Lion's belly is full, does not men his teeth and claws are dull.'" Daemon smiled crookedly, "Have you met my cousin Rhaegar? He is Euric's boy." Rhaegar favored Lannister a smile, and waited for him to say that he has not had the pleasure. He waited a moment but thought it better to speak. "Unfortunately we have not. It's likely this sad excuse of an Andal Invasion Feast Lord Grafton chose to grace us with. It certainly robs our attention," he said, looking up and around with a frown. He half expected to hear the Rains of Castmere begin to play.

"Just because you find the visage of that hunk of steel attractive does not mean the rest of the realms fair maids share that opinion." Daeron countered with a chuckle.

Talyn nodded, "I can not abide a draft. Kyma will be very disappointed, but I suppose she'll get used to it." He smiled again, slightly wolfishly. Banefort seemed not to know what to say, and looked at Tully hopefully.

"She is bold, and I admire her for trying something out of the ordinary. I only wore standard fair for this feast, because I heard there would not be as much costumed guests. Perhaps you saw me as the huntress the other day? I looked quite different than I do now."

"I do hope to see you in something more extravogant in the upcoming feasts. I myself shall try my best to outdress the competition."

Lord Valrus Manderly entered, flanked by six of his guard and five of his children: the triplets, Yon, Eled and Joren, and his lovely and comely daughters Brella and Daia. He greeted Lord Grafton merrily. "My dear man, it has been some time!" Lord Grafton frowned at Manderly, "Yes.... quite." He paused for a moment, and coughed into his hand, "Welcome to my feast." "Ah, those lungs of yours are still cast iron I see." Valrus jested, chuckling a little. "What an excellent party. Did you happen to see mine own yesterday?"

"When Daeron was a baby, my mother punished me for feed him cowpies," She told Aryanna with a smile, "He's still full of shit to this day."

I will look ahead and try to get some things put together. I'd be open to suggestion what you think would suit me. Perhaps I will enlist the help of a few other ladies so we could have a theme." Aryanna smiled and then chuckled at Becca's comment. "I see, how sad."

Banefort seemed not to know what to say, and looked at Tully hopefully. Connor shakes his head, "Me neither my lord, though at least at the Crossing there is plenty of company. I spoke with Becca last night, she seems to be doing well, I would expect nothing less from a Thatcher. We have missed her terribly since Devan's death."

Becca laughed and hugged her cousin Daeron, "He knows I love him, so its okay," She says, "speaking of love, have you seen my sister Aerie? I did not see her arrive."

Daeron looked at Becca and held her gaze, then chuckled. "I never win these Becca, stop using that to your advantage." He then looked at Aryanna. "Hmmm, yes... perhaps something revealing, for the dornish party... I see scant layers of silk... with red gold jewellery." He smiled quirkily.
