Rowan signals for his ships to spread out and search the area, they start calling out but are not hopeful that the Queen Mother will hear them.

After a moment, Rhae can hear a splash as an oar enters the water near here. The ship begins to row away.
Minutes later, hours later, time burns slowly in her mind as she desperately kicks in the water, she hears here name, and weakly cries back.
Trant hears her gurgled calls and makes away and pulls her freezing from the sea.

A few Ironborn ships make a break for it, but most are caught, a few escape.
But Captain Redoak sails over to surrender Pyke to the invaders, as soon as he is able to locate the flagship of Trant.
53 Ironborn ships lost. 30 captured by Trant's fleet.
Only eight hundred Reavers were kill, because of the few men on board at the attack
And six hundred captured on the other ships.
All the Royal side loses is their Dragon.

Smith what about the 20 Ironborn ships that were Patrolling when Rhaenys attacked? That would have been another 20 plus the 83 and would have been 103 total ships and another 1000 dead.

You are right. I was counting them as ships, but not the dead. So thats another 1000 and 20 ships
