"Not every whore would sleep with her own brother, though," Brandon sais as he finishes the song. He begins to play a song about a poor dragon who get killed by his own hoard of gold as it melts due to an unfortunate burp.

The crowd enjoyed it greatly and called for more songs. Lettie slid him a complimentary beer and told Brandon that his drinks were on the house tonight.

Brandon smiled at Lettie, drank the beer and played the bear and maiden fair.

Brandon walks to the bar after playing a bit more. "What other drinks to you have except beer?"

"We are known for our cocktails," Lettie said. "Especially the Courtesan." She made it for him in a glass. It was made from golden brandy, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice and finally a small piece of the yellow rind of a lemon was twisted to release the oil. Lettie slid it across to Brandon with a smile. "Try it."

"I was hired as a guard for a courtesan in Braavos once. It was fun to see how all the men became fools around her," Brandon chuckles and tries the drink. "Delicous, make one more".

Lettie chuckled as well and made him another. "So, you have really become a hit with the diners and drinkers, I see. We might have to hire you."

Brandon hands Lettie the drink she made. "I don't like drinking alone. As for the job I will be able to play while I'm in King's Landing, but I might get things to do from time to time".

"So you said the last time," Lettie said with a smile, accepting the drink and taking a sip. "How long are you going to be town?"

Brandon shrugged and drank some more "A month perhaps, depends on how things work out". He sighed "could use some more excitment while I'm here".

Lettie sipped thoughtfully. "The Ship of Fools is a great mummer troupe, and they are putting on a show at their guildhouse tonight and tomorrow. And there is all the drink here, and the women," she grinned. "But for other kinds of excitement, the political kinds, I could not say."

"Political excitement isn't the best kind anyway," Brandon smiled. "A mummer's ship that would be fun, it's not the one from Braavos is it?"

"No that'd be the Bravos Blues," Lettie said. "I think they're staying at the same guildhall while in town, I think."

"Oh those, I never did get the chance to see them in Braavos. How are the mummers at the Ship of Fools?"

"Some are hilarious, some are lame. The bad ones always get pelted and booed off stage, so they usually don't come back. This is King's Landing, my friend - usually the entertainment here is fairly good." She winked. "Better than Gulltown anyway, I'm sure."
