"I will tell no one nothing" said Edwyn pleasantly. "I will not deal with you Ser."
"We will deal only with the Queen. After what happened to our city we are not inclined to deal with anyone who purports to be the Queen's friend, as you say you are/ Especially after Greyjoy."
He spat on the ground in disgust.

"The Queen has a realm to rule, she does not have time to deal with your intransigence you little fuck. Now bring out your commander this instant. I won't ask again."

"A realm to rule? Then the Queen should be here in her capital of Kings Landing should she not?" replied Edwyn, grinning broadly.
"Do me let know when that conference is on at Harrenhal. This little fuck is happy to attend. Of course if you want to hold it here, I'll be happy with that too. Travelling is so tiresome.
He nodded at Thatcher and wheeled his horse to return to the city.
"And by the way, long live the Queen. Tell her we look forward to her arrival."

Edwyn wheeled his horse and watched them go.
Short of the Queen herself, no other lord was going to saunter in and proceed to throw his weight around. Where had they all been in the months after the sack? Only one of them had sought to right things and the remaining citizens would trust his word before that of any other.
And in any case, they could damn well ask nicely for a start, he thought amusedly.
As soon as Thatcher's force had gone, Edwyn spat on the ground in disgust again.
He returned to the city.
