"Enter," Rhaenys comanded.

She looked up at him.
"I do not wish you to stand. It will be less comfortable for me to crane my neck up at you. I desire you to sit. Please oblige me."

"Did Saella train you in these petty little games kings and queens play? Or did that knowledge come to you with the crown itself." Royce replied, "I am not standing to dominate the room, it causes my right knee to ache when I sit too long." His frown was steady on his face.

"I do not wish to make you uncomfortable," Rhaenys said. "But if you were to hover by the door it would imply you are anxious to be off and that is hardly appropriate. I feel we begun our acquaintance rather badly and so I would put the past behind us and look to the future."

Brynden frowned, "What are you asking me? I will not betray my honor, my people or my family no matter what you ask."

"Did I ask you to do that?" Rhaenys said. "I think not. Why have I given you reason to believe that I would expect such of you?"

"Your blood is tainted. We all know of the madness of Dragons." Brynden replied.

"That is perilous talk, my lord," Rhaenys snappped. "I could have you arrested on the strenght of it. I will not, but I could. Not all dragons are mad."
