Alister nodded, and extended his hand, to escort her to the dance floor.

"I live to be of service."

[Edric Stark]

She smiled and put her hand on his shoulder when they reached the dance floor.

Putting his hand to her lower back, Alister smiled, as the music and dancing began.

"Where did your highness learn to dance, if I may ask?"

[Edric Stark]

"Where I grew up. What about you?"

[The Flint]

"Delicious vague..." Alister said with a smile, "Yes, also where I grew up, although it wasn't this courtly dance, it had more... rhythm to it, a better style of dance by far."

[Edric Stark]

"What's so delicious about it?"

[The Flint]

"As I was saying earlier, we Dornish," he paused temporarily to dip her expertly, "enjoy subtly in all its forms. We aren't happy unless we can speak one sentence and mean three different things. Your vagueness there is a good start."

[Edric Stark]

"Give me an example, then." she said, a bit demandingly.

[The Flint]

Alister smiled, "Your highness is a very elegant dancer."

[Edric Stark]

"And what other two meanings does this have?" she asked, a bit puzzled.

[The Flint]

Alister smiled, "Well, there is the literal meaning, which your highness has already comprehended. And the second meaning is using elegant to mean... pretty in a formal and easily breakable sense. Which is to say, that your dancing is good, but too uptight."

[Edric Stark]

"Oh?" Alysanne raised an eyebrow and relaxed a bit. "And what, pray tell, is the third one?"

[The Flint]

"In the third sense, I am communicating that your highness is very attractive to me, both in general, and personally," Alister admitted with a broad white smile.

[Edric Stark]

She laughed lightly. "Is that what you tell them all?"

[The Flint]

"Yes, I say it to all the Princesses I dance with," Alister said with a smile.
