Nymeria looked at Rhae. "So was mine!" She petted Milly absently, then hugged her too.

"I'm the only one with a daddy here, If you want we can share him I'm sure daddy won't mind looking after you two." William has a huge smile on his face as he thinks what the three could get up to.

Nymeria looked at William. "Mom wants to take care of me now that Dad's dead." She was internally suddenly very confused. Mom had never quite explained the birds and the bees to her yet, and it was starting to show.

The kitten purred and wriggled.

"Your papa was killed by Aedon too?" Rhae's eyes widened again. She shifted uncomfortably. "I hate Aedon. Lady Aranya says all the Targaryens were sisterfu..." she clapped a hand over her mouth.

Nymeria looked at Aranya. "I'm a Targaryen," she said, blinking. "And I hate Aedon too. If it weren't for him, I'd be Queen!"

She looked at Rhae. "I think Mom likes Lady Aranya," she whispered to the other two, as if she was sharing a secret.

Nymeria shook her head. "No!" she said. "I swear, I'm not making it up!"

Rhae didn't really understand. "But...how? I thought the knight marries the lady, kisses her, and they have babies and a family." Rhae blushed at this talk.

Nymeria looked at Rhae. "Mom kisses other ladies all the time," she responded, completely clueless as to the fact that there might be a problem with it. "Does that mean I was..." She shook her head in complete confusion. "I had two daddies, one was a lady. I think."

"Yea Rhae right you need a great knight with a horse and a sword and a fair maiden like in all the songs."

Rhae laughed at her. "That doesn't happen. Girls don't kiss girls! And you can't have a lady father! That must be your mama's friend."

"Or like with my mummy she has Jeyne buts thats just her Bodyguard, Daddy says its funny that she can use a sword but very attractive."

Nymeria looked at Rhae, now perplexed to the point of tears. "I saw mama kiss her," she said. "I thought girls kissed girls all the time..." She frowned. "I'm going to make Mommy tell me what the fu..." She clapped a hand over her throat in unconscious repetition of Rhae's action. "What's going on."
