Old Dog shook his head at the noble playing at the small folk. He probably thought they all acted like that too. As if there weren't no where a small folk who wasn't named Pate.

"Perfectly fine." He said, smiling at some secret jape. "Let us just be on our way. I imagine that Pate is silly, perhaps, I am sure he is headstrong. How should Pate be? You may decide the role, wife, and I will play the dutiful husband." His laughter was mocking.
"We must have needs to camouflage ourselves, lest we be discovered."

Alysanne smiled nervously. "Just don't.. overdo it."

Unfortunately for Pate the company was already on it's way. Halfway through the first day Corwyn called a rest and waited for the scouts to report.

After a few days of traveling Corwyn approached the princess. "Your grace, may I inquire how you are faring so far on our journey?"

She was bored. "I'm alright, thank you. Is everything going according the plan?" Alysanne offered him a small smile.

"It is, your grace." Corwyn said, nodding. "I hope some of the rougher Traitors' Sons are not making you feel uncomfortable?"

"No, they're.. alright. Is it true that you can see green dreams?"

Corwyn quirked a smile. "It is. Mostly I receive skepticism from people who find out about my ability, but the dreams have proven themselves true very often."

"Oh? What was the latest thing you saw that came true?"

"A bunch of traitors." Corwyn replied mysteriously. "Of course the dream was more metaphorical."

That could have meant anything. "I'll take it that the dreams are rather hard to interpret then." She had heard of greendreams before obviously, but had never paid much attention to them, presuming they were just stories.

"Sometimes more sometimes less." Corwyn replies. "Your sister, Queen Rhaenys know a few of mine. Some I am still trying to work out." He smiles. "I do not think I have had one that could be about this mission however."

"Pate" was busy arguing with one of his "guardsmen".
"No, I'll not give you the leave, Fury. They may be fabulous whorehouses but we have an ordeal here."
