Ser Oliver Caswell saw Horas and his cousin finish speaking and walked over to introduce himself. "Hello", he said to both of them with a nod of the head, "My name is Oliver of House Caswell. This is a fine party isn't it?"

Tilda suddenly had sympathy for Mally. This taste of money mixed with lust was heady. "22%" said Tilda, running her thumbs along Falitir's palms. "And only if you recite enough of it to me to show me that it is worth my while."

"Greetings, Oliver," Horas says. "We met at my wedding, if I recall correctly. This is Aerie Blackwood, the King's Justice."
"I am sorry to be so abrupt, Lord Caswell, but I must pay my respects to the Lord Arryn. I hope we can speak again afterwards."

"Glad you've remembered", Oliver said with a smile as he turned to Aerie. "My Lady", he hailed her, "Never have I met such a beauty as yourself."

This time it is Falatir who steps away, "I am intoxicated, I am entralled, I am smitten, but I am not a fool. That offer is so low. I think you are right you should see the prose yourself. I have the third volume with me, at my manor, if you would accompany me there I would show it to you."

“I’m certain you have,” Aerie replied in half-hearted modesty, her eyes flickering to Horas in petulance. “I don’t think I’ve seen you in King’s Landing before now?”

Tilda remains aloof from Falitir. "You may call upon me tomorrow at my uncle's house and I will be happy to look at the volume then. Good evening my lord, this chat has been most educational." She curtsies and goes to find her family or Lady Elena.

"I don't speak without meaning" Oliver said without looking terribly enthused. "Perhaps you don't think you've seen me as you haven't...I stay here as the representative of the Reach and don't often stray far from my workplace."

Aerie felt a prickling of caution, and she regarded him with cool eyes that. “A pity. The Reach is such a lovely place, and I’ve heard the Tyrells are very pleasant company.”

Ser Brandon Buckler, the Stormshield, walks in and begins to speak to Rhodri. Those nearby might hear him say snippets such as "Bastard daughters..." or "Father was furious" and "exiled me from our House". Rhodri seems to be doing his best to mollify the knight, who is clearly upset.
In the end, Rhodri is able to calm him down a bit, and after a backwards glance they leave together.

Emelia Martell finally arrived, escorted by her usual gaggle of guards, ladies in waiting, petty nobles and combinations of the above. Almost immediately, she moved to the high table escorted by her young daughter.
"Your Majesty," she said to her, genuine warmth coloring her tone as she curtseyed. "It is good to see you again." Nymeria followed her lead in curtseying, but said nothing.
