Ser Xavier Hill is commanding 30 guards who work for his brother Lord Piers Bettley; they are mostly westermen who were unhappy with the new lord. This party is to escort Kennos Keath and Steffen Baratheon to the Twins for Callen to rule on their grievances.
The party leaves the moment it is totally assembled.

Steffon arrives along side the 30 men plus Ser Xavier Hill, his face blank of any emotion, his short silver hair ruffled an unkempt. While mounting a beautiful black horse the Prince addresses Xavier, "This is such a waste f time for you to be going."

Xavier frowns at Steffon, "It is not a waste of my time. I am just lounging about King's Landing living off my brother, it will be good to do something besides resting."

Ser Kennos Keath joins the traveling party. He rides in full armor with all of his weapons nearby. A pair of his guardsmen ride with him, apparently to be used as witnesses should it come to that.
Also traveling to the Twins is a surprisingly young man named Symond, joining the army there as the special representative of the Master of Whisperers. A small number of guards accompany him. Among them is a prisoner, chained and bound to his horse.

"Paranoid, ser Kennos? You seem to be expecting an ambush." The Prince smirks and reigns his steed about to await the arrival of Erik and the rest who shall be coming.

Kennos laughs, and says, "I just don't want to waste any time donning my armor when your brother says it's time for me to cut your throat. Though I doubt you'd ever consent to fight me yourself. You always struck me as the cowardly sort."

Steffon's horse whinnies and dances a few steps, "We each have our definition of coward. Here you are, shut up in your armor where here I am, in plain cloth, and in such I shall fight you, if it should come to such. So full of yourself." The last four words were muttered under his breath.

"Why wait for the trial, then, princeling? I'm ready, and so are you it seems." Kennos grins, his fingers wrapping around the hilt of his sword, though he does not draw it.

"Pathetic. You thirst for blood, for hardly a valid reason. You simply suspect I tried to have you killed, when I don't see how it could have been me as I've not left the Keep since when I first got to King's Landing. You've seemed to have wanted to do me harm since I arrived at the training yard, and can see it as nothing less than treason, and your words now only further my belief in that." Steffon's face becomes smooth now, walking his horse back and forth.

"As you say, princeling," Kennos laughs, "I'm committing treason with my every word, ain't I? Best come execute the traitor, then."
Kennos keeps his hand on his sword, his eyes daring Steffon to draw his.

"I'd not wish to deprive my brother of that honor. Shall we be off then? The rest can catch up." Steffon turns, his heels digging gently into the horses ribs to coax it forward into a slow gallop.

Xavier rolled his eyes, "We can leave now, I guess." His eyes flicked about looking for one more person to arrive.
Xavier informs his man, Ser Tiberon Plumm to start moving out and that he would follow with two men as a rear guard.

"Ser Kennos I would stop you speaking of Killing Prince Steffon before you are accused of treason and I run you through with my sword. " Erik come riding up as he says his piece dressed in full Plate with his sword at his hip and shield over a shoulder.

Alyssa watched the exchange from a short distance with amusement, regarding Steffon appraisingly as he rode away. The man was very sure in his lies. Very sure. She snorted at the idiocy of men and nudged Revolt forward in a canter to catch up with Xavier. The mare swept forward good-naturedly.

Xavier smiled as Alyssa arrived and began the long journey to the riverlands.
"Welcome," He nods to the nobles up ahead, "I think we have a long, and annoying trip infront of us. If you get cold at night let me know, I have packed some extra blankets." He laughs and kicks his mount, Beetle.
