"Well, my dear, I have been cooking up a little plot of mine own..." He looks around and leans close and whispers into her ear.

A slow smile spread across Mally's face. She kissed his cheek and chuckled. "I think we are going to be good friends, Mortimer?"

He turned and kissed her on the mouth swiftly, leaning back afterward. "I think we understand one another well. Now, about these clothes...?"

Mally's smile widened. "Take them off. They're mine now."

"Of course, deary." He began unfastening the brass buttons on his shirt, pulling it open and removing it, revealing a slender, yet muscular frame. Below his collarbone was an ancient puncture wound, from a lance or spear, healed long ago.
He unlaced his pants, dropping them to the ground, and slid his small clothes off, finally removing his stockings and shoes. He sat there in the chair, having not looked away for a moment, stark naked to the world.

Mally exclaimed over the richness of his doublet and the beautiful brass buttons and embroidery on his shirt. Then she stood and looked him up and down.
"Why, I believe that the beautiful clothes were covering something even nicer," she said, walking around him in inspection. She chuckled again. "I like it. Do you like girls, Mortimer Pyke?"

"I have warmed the bed of a woman a night or two, yes." He gave her a sly wink. "Why, do you wish to toss me to one of your ladies?"

"Don't think you'll get so lucky," Mally teased. "Now go on out into the streets, go home and rest. We will have to meet and drink again, I think." She walked him out, and some of the other patrons looked drunkenly shocked to see a man wandering out naked. Dacey giggled and pouted. Mally led Mortimer to the front door.

"Take good care of those clothes, dear." He flashed her a smile as he boldly entered the streets outside. "Just call on me when you have need."

Mally winked. "I think that won't be too long, will it?" As he entered the street, everyone turned to stare, and Mally laughed and walked back inside.

"That's right! Drink it in! The body of a god! Hey you in the hood! Stare unto my flawless form!" Was the last thing that could be heard as the door swung closed.

Mortimer entered Mally's, his extravagant clothes a bit gaudy even for this establishment. He wore a green doublet and breeches over bright blue tights and sparkling emerald shoes. His pink cloak was fastened by a brilliantly glimmering amethyst. The cape of the cloak sweapt a great birth before and behind him.
"Mally!" He called, his harp pressed him, in the crook of his arm.

One of the girls led him into the sitting room and pressed a glass of fresh juice into his hand. It was morning, and there weren't many customers yet. The few who had come were upstairs with women.
Mally entered Mortimer's embroidered shirt and breeches, smiling roguishly. "What brings you here?" Her eyes danced over his harp. "Are you going to play me a sweet song?"

"Only if you sing along, midear." He laughed. "No I am to be performing tonight, for several hours, in the park, already paid and signed for by some lord or another. His family or dogs or some nature of relation will be there all afternoon, having a meadow-meal and I am required to play."
He cleared his throat.
"I stopped by to see how everything was working out, any words being passed, or ...anything of that nature." His look gave away that that was not his intended purpose.
"Anything at all?"

Mally tsked. "You shouldn't worry. Go and enjoy your evening at the park tonight. Perhaps I will come for a time. Everything is working fine for us. Yesterday a rich sellsail captain came. You didn't have anything to do with that, did you?" She winked.
