To all lords or ladies, great or small. A great council has been called to discuss matters of importance within the Six Kingdoms. All are invited to attend this council at Storm's End in two months time. Some issues to be brought forth are as follows:
The trial of Allard Lannister Lordship of the West Surrender of Lord Balor Greyjoy Formation of new government branches Trade within the Seven Kingdoms

Callen, I shall attend your council, under safe conduct. The terms you have outlined are acceptable to me. My son and heir Sabastian, is dead so my second son Urri will accompany me.
I will bring Derrick Mallister with me and agree to the 'compensation' mentioned. I ask for one condition only. This is no 'surrender' to your will. This is a truce which I hope will lead to peace between us but that will depend on our talks. I am still wary of the broken promises suffered in the past and of the Blackwoods which seem to have a prominent place on your council.
We will meet in Storms End and discover what the future holds.
Balor Greyjoy, Lord of the the Iron Islands.
