Where Saenarys has set up his things, for the time being. It's a decrepit old room, a bit drafty, but over all, quite fine for doing work.

"Hello brother, am I disturbing your work?" Alysanne asked with a tired smile, standing on the doorway.

Saenarys looked up, a smile creeping across his face. He shook his head.
"Of course not, Alys, I always have time for family." He shuffled some papers, and gathered them together, sliding them under a weight. He stood and crossed the room, pulling out a chair for his youngest sister.
"Just a visit, or did you need something?" His smile showed that he cared not which, just so long as he could be of service.

Alysanne thanked him and took a seat. "What, can't I check on my brother if I want to?" she teased. "Gods know what trouble you might get in when I leave you alone for over two minutes." She laughed. "Just a visit, I guess."

"I seem to have a dragon's weight in trouble lately. I don't think our crowned sister has been very pleased with me of late. Though I am trying my best to give good guidance without undue bias."
He moved back to his seat and set his hands in front of him, then, very aware of the markings on his flesh, he placed his hands in his lap, smiling wanly.
"Shall I send for something? I ate not near enough at the feast, and could do with a bit of sustenance, lest I keel over, belly distended."

"I'm fine, thanks. But feel free to eat." The princess put her arm on the table and supported her head on it. "What exactly were you doing the last five years?"

"Being missed, mainly." He joked, and whistled. A moment later, Red Tom appeared in the doorway.
"Send for some food, if you would." He said, and nodded.
He turned back to Alysanne. "I was collecting warriors, I suppose. I knew I had to leave, but I didn't know what I was to do after I had accomplished that part. I sort of played it by ear." He said, tugging on his ear to emphasize his point.

Alysanne leaned a bit forward and traced a marking on his face with her finger. She frowned thoughtfully. "Where did you get all these, then?"

Saenarys' mismatched eyes flickered, but he just smiled. "Those are markings of esteem. In some cultures, these brands denote mastery of different things. Blacksmithing, agriculture, even magic."

"Oh?" She leaned back on her chair and crossed her arms, a quizzical smile on her face. "Show me a magic trick, big brother."

Saenarys laughed. He then made a show of closing his hands around his forehead, appearing deep in concentration.
"I summon the Gods above to help me in my endeavor." He said, and then paused.
"Here!" He exclaimed, startling his sister. "Food!"
There was a knock on the door, and Red Tom entered, carrying a tray in his large hands. Saenarys started to laugh, though Tom looked confused, perhaps thinking a joke had been made at his expense.

Alysanne laughed. "Alright, but you'll have to do better than that next time." She paused and seemed abstracted for a moment. "Reminds me of when we were little. Everything was a lot easier back then."

"Yes." Saenarys agreed, taking the tray and opening the lid. It was fish. He placed the lid back over the top.
"Things were always a bit different for me than for the four of you. I had different expectations. Though I did enjoy life on the island." He slid the tray towards Alysanne, perking an eyebrow. "Fish?"

"No, thank you." She yawned. "I think I should go and doze off," Alysanne stood up.

"I'll send Red Tom to see you safely back to your quarters." Saenarys said, standing.
