The queen's face was solemn but she appreciated the offer.
"Thank you, but I hope I will do the job myself if it needs to be done. So, my sisters, is there anything you would have of me, when we take our place at the Red Keep?"

Kyma said, "Just a place to live. I do not need anything else."
Liliyanna spoke up "We will need to refurbish the pits. We need a place for the babies." She wrung her hands.

"It will be done," Rhaenys promised. "I will make it one of our priorities when we enter our capital. In fact, Liliyanna, why don't you take on the responsibility for all matters pertaining to the dragons?"

Liliyanna smiled slightly and nodded.

"Good. Now, my sisters, does anyone have any recommendations to make as to the lords and knights of Westeros, who to beware, who might make a good councillor or a knight of the Queensguard?"

"You won't find a nobler knight than Ser Gallagher Royce," Alysanne said somewhat sadly. "He can fight, think and is loyal to the bone."

Rhaenys nodded.
"Then he may serve on the Queensguard if he is willing. But do you mind losing him as one of your personal companions? I could set him to be your main attendant among the White Swords but it might not always be possible for him to stay with you if he joins the Kingsguard. They serve the Royal house, after all, not any specific member of the family."

Kyma shook her head, "I do not know any good enough to serve, but I do want to say stay away from that Ariel. She is trouble." Her hands clutched her dress angrily.

"Do so," Rhaenys said to Alysanne. "I have need of good men at my side and I know my sister's judgement can be trusted."
She turned back to Kyma.
"Sweet sister, I would never trust Lady Ariel while she maintains her claim to the Iron Throne and maybe not even if she had bent the knee. I am thankful that we have Cousin Aegon on our side else he would be a danger to us as well. Would that we could sway Ariel to our cause but there is only one thing she's like to want from me and that she shall never have. I do not know what to do about her, as yet, save watch and wait. It would be dangerous to move against her when I'm not certain of my lords. Any man may say some words but not all will mean them, I am sure."
