"That would be lovely indeed, always a pleasure to meet a friend such as yourself."
The two ladies hugged and looked forward to seeing each other again soon.

Aranya walks into the Ladies' Chambers, drawing looks of alarm and disapproval at her garb and manner. She heads straight for Lilith and drops into the seat beside her. They greeted each other with friendly grins, and Aranya was impressed that Lilith could backslap with the best of them. Leaning over, she said in a soft, sly voice, "I met the Ribbon Crone, but briefly. Does she have any work for me?"

Lilith liked Aranya, she had been impressed by her bravery at the Rock and was also impressed by a woman who openly tossed away the trappings of feminity.
"I know not what the Ribbon Crone might want but I hear the women's markets are growing. Perhaps a skilled warrior like you might be useful to the women of the market. There is a nice inn now, a few steps away from the square, the Spider's Arms."

"The one run by Mistress Kate? I've heard of it. A Black Widow against the Merry Maid..well, a spider suits me better than a maiden, I suppose. I'll go down and look around, perhaps do some guarding. But I'm bedding down with Selwyn in Dondarrion's tower, and I like it too well to take rooms at the inn." Lady Grandison gave her a quick, angry look. Aranya added, "Besides, Selwyn wears me out. If I took him to the inn, we'd wake everyone up."

Lilith laughed. Youthful lust was a wonderful thing. Did so disturb the sensibilities of the old biddies.

Aranya winks at Lilith and leaves for the Spider's Arms.
