Lord Justin Prester's in charge, there, at least until Rhyin Myatt gets made lord. 10,700 troops, there. I'd imagine they're a mix of Lannister, Banefort, Marbrand, and Lefford troops, given the latter three houses' location, and Prester men, since Prester himself is there.
