Ashford Castle is a triangular stone castle with thirty-foot tall round towers at each point. A small market town with whitewashed houses with thatched roofs stands outside the castle. Both town and castle are situated along the Cockleswent River.

Craych waits for a bit then enters with Ser Baxter Bridges along with a few other Knights, "So where is Lord Ashford. As a major Lord of the Mander I desire his presence as we travel to the Kings Camp."

They are let through with minor inspection. Lord Craych meets them in the courtyard of Ashford with Ser Baxter Bridges behind him. The Lord the Mander looks tired and worn out.
