Betram raised his eyebrow. "Glassware might be a good sell, Do they import or export wine?"

"Both actually, though at the moment the wine business is a bit slow."

"We're always looking for markets for Arbor wines, of course but its the imports which are hurting us. The Braavosi are directing trade needlessly to Sunspear, it makes things expensive for the lords importing at Oldtown, Lannisport, and the like. If imports were moved through Oldtown instead, it would be better for us."

"Well, that is also one of the reasons why I came here, my employeers hope to be able to have a del with the Arbor and Oldtown, regarding their shipping."

"I see. And who is your employer, and what terms is he willing to offer?" Betram said.

"The Summer Sea Trading and Holding Company."
He rose from the chair.
"They wish to set up a shipwright either here on the Arbor, or in Oldtown, and then ship the wine from here to Volantis and wares from Volantis to here. "

"Summer Sea Trading... I'm afraid I'm not familiar with them. are they suitably large?" Betram said, sniffing delicately in the air like a rodent looking for cheese.

"Very well than. The appropriate port is Oldtown, since they are on the mainland. I would suggest they travel from Volantis to Oldtown, unload their goods, than travel to the Arbor, pick up wine for transport back to the free cities. You'll need to present the paper work to Lord Justin's steward but it shouldn't be difficult."

"My employers would be most pleased, Ser Bertram. After I've spent some time here with my family, maybe you could escort me to see the steward then"

"I'm not certain that I can give you a personal escort, but I can write you a letter of introduction." Betram said.
"Tell me more of this employer of yours. What's his name."

"That is fine, as long as he knows who I am."
He shrugged.
"There is a few holders in the company, but my employeer's name is Alaario Vintarii."

"Interesting. What can you tell me about him. And these other holders. Lord Justin does not oft get in bed, metaphorically speaking, with those he doesn't know."

"He is a businessman, so he's a bit ruthless against his enimies but from what I've seen and from our talks, I view him to be and honest and honorbound man when it comes to those he has business with. The other holders I can't speak of, as I've been working mostly for Alaario."

"Well, Lord Justin will want those names I would think. It's his nature. I suggest your employer furnish you with some details."
