Two Lyseni ships, flying the rainbow flag of peace, arrive in the harbor and dock. The commander explains they are the representatives of Prince Daario of Lys. They request permission to enter the city and meet with the King.

Upon receiving news from the harbour-master that the King is not in the city, the Lyseni ships set sail for Duskendale. As they move towards Duskendale they are joined by a third Lyseni ship.

Goldcloaks patrol the docks. An official walks down the docks to Arys' ship.
"State your name and your business in King's Landing," the man says, his voice nasally and bored.

Arys puts on an easy smile for the man. "Arys is my name, and these fellows here," he indicates the six men behind him "are my guards. My business, well, I heard Westeros is at war; I assume help can always be needed."

"Of course, of course," the official squints at Arys' ship. "You don't mind if my boys inspect your ship, do you? Simple precautions, is all."

"Of course not!" Arys replied warmly. "Inspect all you must. Might you know where one can find a habitable tavern? The like sellswords might frequent?"

A few men board Arys' ship and begin rummaging through the hold. After a while they appear satisfied that whatever they are looking for is not there.
"Sellswords, eh?" the official squints at Arys, "Well, can't go wrong with the Horse's Tooth. Barkeep's my wife's brother, and plenty of mercenaries take their ale there."

Several Ironborn ships flying the Harlaw scythe sail into the harbour and dock.
Lord Qhored Harlaw descends from the Reaper of the Seas, armoured plainly but for the thick sable-black cloak hanging from his shoulders. He makes his way into the city, his cold eyes taking in King's Landing for the first time.
