Unrest grows throughout ranks of the highborn in Westeros, in response to what is being described as King Rickon's greedy nature. They say his refusal to reward loyal subjects with titles he controls, like Dragonstone and Harrenhal, after the support they have given him through many bloody wars, is indicative of his corruption and greed.
