2 upgrades from anything to Apprentice and one upgrade from (only) Expert to Master.

If I drop either or one both of the Apprentice ugrades, can his sword by Grandmaster? In the 6-7 years it has been, it doesn't seem so odd for him to improved with the sword.

Horas you never made Kennos skills. He was your guard so I assigned one of his Noteworthy abilities to Swordfighting.

I made skills for Kennos at one point, I'll try and see where I posted them. I'm pretty sure he is an expert at swordsmanship (This was when seconds started with 1 expert skill, 2 apprentice skills, 2 novice skills, and 2 beginner skills).

Am changing my second from Elspeth Stone, who I still might play on occasion as an NPC in the general Lilith orbit to Ser Arguel Flowers, merchant knight of King's Landing.
Skills:

Noteworthy: Business, Diplomacy (as he has been around for a while and is known as the leading merchant of KL, he could be higher in business)
Apprentice: Farming, Languages
Novice: Knife fighting, Swordsmanship
Beginner: Riding, blacksmithing

He has six children, four of whom are NPCs scattered across the kingdom

Amdle, washed up on the shores of the Iron Islands and hanging with Balor Greyjoy, salt husband of Bella Blacktide
Anselm, hero of the people of King's Landing, avid Callen supporter, recently appointed a Kingsguard
Angala/Angul, squire of Baldwin, MIA after the murder of Baldwin, now a kitchen maid in Baldwin's kitchens
Angul/Fang, part of the Black Widow's Band, go between between Lilith and Arguel who have a business relationship

Can I raise Aranya's political skill after her RP on the Wall?

ETA: And can I increase her warging skill? She was almost Noteworthy..and she intruded on a Master's dreams!

Okay Aranya has definitely gained enough practice. So her Warging is now Noteworthy and her Political Intrigue should be Apprentice. Awaiting approval.

It seemed to me the Master intruded itno her dream, and to raise a skill it needs to be in a scenario. We can take RP into account, but I am not going to start judgin every RP post to see what skill that character is going to increase.

The next time you have Elane make a pie we are not going to raise her Baking to Grandmaster.
