Tallahar arrives after the celebration at Oldtown and messege given to him at Highgarden by Georth about one of Craych bannermen claiming rape by young Marq Tyrell.
Riding into the courtyard Tallahar dismounts then looks to a servant, "Tell your Lord the Regent of the Mander is here."

The servant bows and apologises to Lord Tallahar, stating that Lord Faustius was of ill health, but that his son Ser Harold was present. He begged Lord Tallahar to follow him to the great hall where Ser Harold would be able to see to him.

Tallahar followed with two of his guards that both looked to be fearsome men. But neither of them were as big as the 6'6 Tallahar. Hand resting on his sword as Tallahar entered the Great Hall he walked over to Ser Harold, "You come to Highgarden and you insult my Steward a man I personally put into that position to speak with my voice for my nephew Craych. Speak quickly."

Ser Harold stood from the high-chair on the dais upon Tallahar's arrival. He bowed his head stiffly.
"Lord Tallahar, was it with your voice that your steward insulted me and my family? Have you brought the raper?"

"If any insult was given by Georth I can assure you he did not mean it. And no I have not brought my cousin as I could not find him. But I wish to hear the evidence against the boy."

"The man was found in my daughter's bed," Ser Harold said through clenched teeth, "and the maester... the maester has confirmed what he did to my poor girl."

Ser Harold nodded, and walked down from the dais.
"Follow me," he said, and lead Tallahar back out into the courtyard.
"My daughter is praying to the Seven to remove the taint that vile man has left on her. She has been kept in the sept since the attack, to find solace and redemption from the gods." Harold told Tallahar as they walked.

"What the girl needs is a warm bed and comforting from those close to her."

"Do not tell me how to deal with my daughter," Harold sneered.
They entered the sept, and found a girl asleep beneath the statue of the Father.
"Wake up, Lucie" Harold said sharply to the girl, "Lord Tallahar is hear to help bring justice to the man who harmed you."

Tallahar looked at the girl. Then to a Septon, "Is there a small room I could speak with her." The man nodded and gestured down a hallway.
"Come Lucie I wish to speak to you alone."

"You will not speak to my daughter alone," said Ser Harold, "I will be present."
He indicated for the septon to leave, who did so with no lack of haste. They were now alone in the sept.

Tallahar stood to his full height and looked down at the man, "I did not request it Ser Rowan I ordered it."

Ser Harold stared murderously at Tallahar.
"And what purpose would you have for seeing my daughter without my supervision? She is a young girl, and she is not allowed to be in the company of men unchaperoned. I will not have it."
