7) Character Personal History: Mortimer's done all kinds of shit. He claims to be the bastard son of Balor Greyjoy, and although no one's seen any proof, his cousin Erik chose to legitimize him upon taking the Seastone Chair.
He was a good friend of Seth Falgrave, his cousin, though with Seth's recent disappearance he came to work more often with Erik. That arrangement has also come to the end, given Erik's death.
Mortimer's been an attempted lord, a minstrel, a sailor, a bandit, a knight, a courtier, an assassin, a gang leader, and plenty of other things. The trick is knowing which one he is at the moment.
