Okay, since a bunch of questions keep popping up as to who is in line for the Rock i will put it out here.
Technically, first in line is Jeyne. Although she is illegitimate and if that were ever to come out she would not get the Rock.
Next, We have Cedric/Clive, they each have the next best claim as well as Randal's support. Technically, they have the best claim but that is not recognized.
And finally, there is me!!, i am the Regent as of now, and have the least claim to the Rock. But i do have the army and most of the bannermen.

I have a question. Is Cedric the elder of the two? Because otherwise we could have NPC lord issues like the other houses used to have.

Hello! Marten doesn`t currently have ambitions of becoming Lord of Casterly Rock- he is loyal to the House as a whole, and will support Randall if he thinks that he makes the best leader.

Status Quo if you want to stay politically alive = Jeyne
Status Quo among Westermen, not really spoken about but believed by most = Jeyne is Illegitimate, Cedric or whoever else can do it should get the West.

Just to point out, a lot of people think that Jeyne was Allard's kid, I mean he was wrong about a lot. What the average Western Lord does not like about her is that she is not being raised in Casterly Rock. Plus most of the men do not want her to be in charged just married to the guy in charge
