"I do not know if you have yet heard of the turmoil in Dorne -- a Martell is being restored to the Sun Throne. Horas Martell, in fact, the son of my master and Tristeza Martell. Lord Hand Roland Royce and Master of Laws Aranya Royce have both resigned over that decision, and have been replaced by Lords Alexander Irwyn and Tallahar Tyrell respectively."
"My master also bids me to tell you that he has contacted Olander Reed, who might lend his support to your cause should his bannerlord, Roose Stark, be... removed."

Avery's voice was tinged with sadness.
"So the war in Dorne was largely for naught. My mother tells me she advocated a similar course at the Grand Council. If her council had been followed, the deaths of thousands on both sides might have been avoided."
He then broke into a smile.
"However it is excellent news. Young Horas Martell will of course have my support. Hopefully he and his 'advisers', whoever they might be, will look upon me and mine with friendship, if not right now, then at some point in the future.
Avery looked at the captain quizzically.
"And Roose Stark. Why would he be "removed"?"
