I enjoyed striving against Barret and Aaron. Figuring out that he was trying to play house Blackwood against Royce, and forming a stronger alliance because of it... that was nice. And the fact that they're both dead now is also nice. Piers has also been a great sometimes ally, sometimes enemy to me. Oh, and Lyas Bolton was pretty creepy as well.

And Horas, too, I suppose, as ultimately it is hard to deny that he is a villain.
