Huge caravans arrive in the city, wagons heavily laden with tons and tons of flowers imported from the Mander and crownlands. The flowers are countless beds of tulips, orchids, varieties of roses, lilies, peonies, snapdragons, and others, in a wide array of colors. The wagons trundle into the city with bursting blossoms in all shades of blue, white, purple, fiery orange, red, and pink.
It is said that two hundred cooks from all over the realm have been brought in to help with the feast preparations and contribute with their own region's cuisine and special delicacies.
