Character Personal History:
Jon Toyne does not remember much of his early childhood, and knows less of his parents. His earliest memories were of Lord Tallahar, who fostered and squired him at a young age. Treated like a son, Jon grew up with all the luxuries of a high-born noble, and all the training of one too. Thought to be a prodigy in the yard for his age, Jon knows more of swordplay and battle strategy than half the grown men of Highgarden.

Character Physical Description: Jon is large for his age, standing at six feet tall. Strong in muscle and graceful in his movements, Jon is praised by his teachers and by Lord Tyrell himself. Jon has onyx black hair, which is short, but shaggy. Jon's face has always been popular with the women of Highgarden. He is fair of skin, with high cheekbones, crowned by light brown eyes, which have the appearance of gold. He has a long face and thin lips, giving him a refined beauty. Often found dressing in his house colors, he is rarely found in anything other than Gold and/or Black.

Character Reputation: A quick learner, and charming with his superiors, Jon is quite popular with both girls and women of the Mander. He is prestigious in the yard, and praised for his skills.

Character Personal History: Velyn was born of Bron Grimm and Andrea Hunt. When little, Velyn would make game of hunting down the small animals of the castle, ultimately sneaking up and killing them with a knife he had looted from the kitchens. He killed his first man at the age of twelve, when he was bullied in the training yard. He had slit the man's throat by the well and pushed him in.

Character Physical Description: Velyn is of average height and lean. Always quick and sudden in his movements, he seems to slide through crowds. He has curly black hair that falls to his shoulders and deep green eyes that seem to be alive. His face is long, and natural. One you might forget if you didn't know it well, except the eyes.

Character Reputation:Despite his cruel hobbies and murderous ways, however, Velyn stays on good terms with most everybody in his house, and other lordlings who visit. Always polite and smart, he is very well liked, hiding his true nature from everybody.
