Paly looked back and forth between the men quite confused, then said simply, "Yes."

Mimseval places the flat of his blade on the man's shoulder, half wondering if Alliser will set his blade on Paly's other shoulder. "Then rise, Ser..." he struggles to remember the elaborate name, "Ser Paly Dragonsbane."

Ser Paly stood and kisses the painting full on the lips. "This is the happiest day of my life."

Alliser had indeed laid his blade on Paly's other shoulder, and both knights withdrew solemnly, while the new knight rose.
Alliser looked aghast when Ser Paly kissed the lips of the naked woman in the painting. There was some oddly obscene about it. "You like Delilah, Ser Paly?" Alliser said, weakly.

Ser Paly looked at Alliser and said, "Of course not. Knights are not allowed to partake in earthly pleasures."

"Ah," Ser Alliser said. They all went down to the cow and horse, and mounted up.
As they rode out, Alliser scanned the countryside. "You know any farms here, Ser Paly?"

Paly pointed, "There is that one behind the trees, over the hill and away from the road. And then there is that one on the road with a clear view of this tower." Then thinking deeply he said, "We should check the first one."

Alliser headed to the little copse, Mimseval following. They rode past it and came across a tiny farm that couldn't be more than three acres in size. Ser Alliser turned Cow towards the farmhouse, and as they drew up, the farmer and his scrawny son came out, clutching scythes.
"We mean no harm!" Ser Alliser called, as they came up. "We have come to ask if you have seen dragons!"

"Small ones, likely," Mimseval elaborates. "Travelling with a woman or girl, likely."

The Farmer saw Paly and laughed, "So your back again? You know we hate people on the Orieander Farm. We only like our cows."

"I like cows too," Alliser said, patting his noble steed. "You know Paly?"
