hehhe, I don't know all this about dragons, is my problem here.  Well Selyse is his... first cousin? Not sure we shouldn't use at least Scot, and maybe Selyse as well for diplomatic ends. Scot's second in line for the Vale at this point, and Roland's nothing if not always putting himself in some kind of physical danger, so he's kinduva big get. Edit -- Oh and sorry about "Anya." Selyse could marry another Crownland lord I think, don't think you have that much "close" friends in the crownlands yet, Aranya, though I'm not sure.
And Scot is a way to get some major comitment to another region, being the brother of the Lord Paramount makes him a better match than his cousins.
